MEET THE FOUNDER

Hey y’all! I’m Taneshia—a wife, bonus mom, former school counselor, entrepreneur, and the founder of Seasons of Her.

With a master’s degree in school counseling and a heart for helping others, I’ve always been passionate about encouraging people to recognize their worth and see what’s possible for their lives. My journey has taken me from supporting students in a school setting to creating spaces where women can feel seen, encouraged, and supported in their own growth.

Seasons of Her grew out of my own experiences with faith, change, and becoming. I know what it feels like to overthink your next step, question whether you’re ready, and move forward while still figuring things out. I’m learning to trust God, give myself grace, and show up for what He has placed on my heart—even when it takes me outside my comfort zone.

Through my podcast, journals, apparel, and Bloom Into Her events, I bring together honest conversations, opportunities for reflection, and meaningful connections. My hope is that every woman who connects with this brand leaves with encouragement to keep going and a reminder that her life has purpose.

I’m still growing, too, and I share from that place. You don’t have to have everything figured out to take your next step. There is room for you to grow, begin again, and bloom right where you are.
